Day 21, Book 21

Christmas, love, and a batch of cookies.
Former bookshop keeper Leela Miller is back in Massey Falls. Her mom passed away last spring, and she’s home taking care of her ailing father. Now, Leela is desperate to fill Mom’s shoes in the Ladies’ Auxiliary by chairing the Cookie House fundraiser. The hitch: mean-eyed Mrs. Coldicott refuses to host the event at her Society Row home as planned.
Leela must find a new venue big enough and fancy enough to draw in customers, or Mom’s event might get canceled. There’s only one perfect place: the Layton Mansion.
New vet school graduate Jay Wilson has been remodeling the Layton Mansion since he inherited it this summer. It’s almost Christmas, and the house is nearly ready to flip!
If he can get a good price for it, he can buy a partnership at a veterinary clinic out of town.
However, by stipulation of the will, Jay can’t sell the house until he cleans out the attic.
Jay needs help completing the enormous task before his deadline. The beautiful Leela will eagerly help—if he agrees to allow her to use the house for her event. But, when Jay learns that the Cookie House event is the same day as his sale deadline, will he sell the house out from under the girl he might just be falling in love with?

About the Author
Jennifer Griffith writes light, sweet romances she calls Cotton Candy for the Soul. Her Legally in Love Collection stems from the fact she fell in love with a handsome law school student who now serves as a judge–as well as her muse. She also writes the Billionaire Makeover Romance series, billionaires and makeovers being some things with which she has less experience.
Jennifer loves old cars, landscape paintings, fresh bread with raspberry jam, and reading. She lived in Japan during college, where she once ate a cricket on a dare. She also traveled through Europe, where she slept a night in a castle on the Rhine. Jennifer worked summers in a cookie factory, and she spent a few years working for the U.S. Congress before becoming a wife, a mom and an author.

Through a crazy twist of fate, Caroline Clemmons was not born on a Texas ranch. To compensate for this illogical error, she writes about handsome cowboys, feisty ranch women, and scheming villains in a tiny office her family calls her pink cave. She and her Hero live in North Central Texas cowboy country where they ride herd on their dog and three rescued indoor cats as well as providing nourishment outdoors for squirrels, birds, and other critters.
It’s beginning to look a lot like a Christmas in this Sunshine Valley novella from USA Today bestselling authorMelinda Curtis that will appeal to fans of RaeAnne Thayne and Sheila Roberts.
Prior to writing romance, Melinda Curtis was a junior manager for a Fortune 500 company, which meant when she flew on the private jet she was relegated to the jump seat–otherwise known as the potty. After grabbing her pen (and a parachute) she made the jump to full-time writer. She recently came to grips with the fact that she’s an empty nester and a (very young) grandma, concepts easier to grasp than jet-setting on a potty. Check out
One shattered window. Two bruised hearts. And twelve days until Christmas. Tessa Doyle’s semester in Europe left her a much wiser woman. But then she takes a job referral from her ex-boyfriend, and agrees to repair the stained-glass window, the last work she will need for her MFA. With a two-week deadline, she will have no time for anything else, especially men. Sean Cavanagh’s Christmas season has lost all its cheer. Nothing has gone according to his plans for Christmas since the drone broke the window. Now organ pipes are missing, and a blizzard is threatening to cancel what could be Granda’s last sermon. With a little magic and a lot of snow, Tessa and Sean work together to repair not just a window, but also their hearts. August 2018 Extended Ending: Granda’s house hid more than boxes of papers could they be worth a million or more?
